How long will it take to receive my order?

We are able to print most orders the same day if the order is placed before 4pm EST.  It is best to get your order in as soon as possible.  Your Topper should arrive in 2-5 business days depending on the shipping method you choose.  Faster if you choose next day, 2 Day, or 3 Days (Express Saver) Fedex shipping. You’ll receive an email when your order ships. We know you have to have it before graduation, so we will work extra hard to get your order out on time.

I want a custom design with my school colors, can you help?

Sure thing!  Just send us an email at orders@tasseltoppers.com and we can have one of our designers assist in making the perfect design for you.  We can even take one of our bestsellers and change the colors to match your schools.  We can do anything except travel back in time.

I purchased a Groupon or a Living Social.  Where do I enter the redemption code? 

When you add your item to your shopping cart look for the field for discount/coupon codes.  Just enter the Groupon or Living Social code there and it will deduct the value from the order.

Can I design my own Topper?

Sure! Just click on this link to bring you over to our revolutionary Design Your Own tool.

I still want to add glitter and rhinestones.  Can I add them to your Tassel Topper?  Do you sell them on your site?

When in doubt...bling it out!!!  We encourage it.  Glitter and Rhinestones will adhere to our Tassel Topper very well and at this time we do not sell them on our site.  Take a look at some of the pics from former students here and you will see that some of them have added the rhinestones to make it look even better.

Is there a hole in the middle of the Topper?

No.  There is no hole.  It fits perfectly over the top of your graduation cap and does not obstruct the dangling tassel attached to the button in the center of your graduation cap.  You can easily move the tassel at the end of the ceremony for the age old tradition of "the turning of the tassel", to commemorate the fact that you officially graduated!

I rented my graduation cap and gown. Will your product damage the graduation cap?

Don't worry.  The adhesive that attaches to the top of the graduation cap can be easily removed at the end of the graduation ceremony and will not leave any marks whatsoever!  Your good to go!

I created a my own design using Adobe Illustrator and the Design Tool does't accept those types of files...What do I do?

You can work directly with our designers.  Just email your EPS or AI file to orders@tasseltoppers.com and we can help.

Design Your Own Tips

If you want to add 2 or more background colors to your Topper, we suggest uploading a photo, stretch that photo to the shape, size, width or height you desire and then change that images color.  This will block off that portion of the topper into a solid background color.

My design won't save, what's up with that?

It is probably due to the fact that the image you uploaded is way to big.  We suggest uploading pictures that are way under 1MB.  Your browser doesn't have enough memory to process the design.  If you don't have any smaller images, save the design without the pictures and then email us so we can finish the design for you at customerservice@tasseltoppers.com

I can't get the Text to fit in the corners of the Topper in the design your own tool.  What do you suggest?

We suggest you add multiple lines of text with fewer words to start.  After you add a line of text, click on the text inside the Topper.  Once you have clicked on it, you now have options to edit the text.  If you move the mouse to either of the 4 corners, it gives you the option to rotate your words.  There is also a Curve slide bar that gives a better way to curve the text to properly fit into each corner.

I uploaded an image and it looks blurry in the preview, can you do anything to fix this?

We are sorry, but we can’t do anything with the images that you upload. We suggest finding a different image to upload. The custom Topper you created is printed just as you have designed it online.

What kind of file can I upload? 

Any jpg, png, or gif file will work.

Are Toppers really as cool in person as they look online?

Yep. Even cooler.  Our industrial sized printers are worth every penny.  You will be very impressed with our Toppers!

How do I purchase an eGift Card?

Go to our eGift Card Page here and select either $10, $15, $20, $25 or $30.  Add as many as you want. Complete the normal checkout process and you're done!  

How do I redeem an eGift card?

eGift Cards are only redeemable at Tasseltoppers.com. So start shopping, select a Topper, proceed to Check Out and Enter the eGift Card number on the Payment Page that was sent to you via email.

Can my eGift Card be returned or redeemed for cash?

No. It can only be used to purchase one of our Toppers or other products.

What if I need to return a product that I paid for with an eGift Card?

Not a problem. You just need to follow our normal return policy.  If you used both an eGift Card and another form of payment, we will first credit or replace the eGift Card with the amount originally deducted from it and then credit your other form of payment for the balance.

What if my eGift Card was lost or stolen?
